In order to ensure the supply capacity when facing the peak production season, non-woven fabric manufacturers sometimes ignore the quality because of the emphasis on production volume. Once there is a problem with product quality, it will not only increase rework and generate additional costs, but also affect the reputation of the company. It will directly affect the reputation of non-woven fabric enterprises.

Non-woven fabrics for packaging should meet the following quality requirements:
1. Uniform thickness
Good non-woven fabrics will not have a big difference in the thickness of the fabric under the light environment; poor fabrics will appear very uneven, and the texture contrast of the fabric will be greater. This makes the load-bearing weight of the cloth greatly reduced. At the same time, the feel of poor quality fabrics will be very hard and not soft.
2. Strong tensile resistance
Poor quality non-woven fabrics do not have strong stretch resistance and are difficult to recover. It feels that the fabric will be thicker and stiffer, but not soft. In this case, the bearing capacity is poor, and it will be much more difficult to decompose, which is not environmentally friendly.
3. Line spacing
The best stress requirement for non-woven fabrics is 5 stitches per inch, so that the bags sewn in this way are beautiful and have a strong bearing capacity. The non-woven thread pitch is less than 5 needles per inch, and the bearing capacity is poor.
4. Grams
The number of grams here refers to the weight of the non-woven fabric within 1 square meter. The heavier the weight, the more non-woven fabrics are used, and the thicker and stronger it is naturally.
